We believe the canon of the Sacred Scriptures as originally given is entirely inspired and is the written Word of God. (1 Cor. 2:13; 2 Tim. 3:16)
We believe in the Eternal Godhead who has revealed Himself as One God existing in Three Persons, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit—distinguishable but indivisible. (Mat. 28:19; 2 Cor. 13:14)
We believe in the Creation, Test, and Fall of man, as recorded I Genesis; but his total spiritually depravity and inability to attain Divine Righteousness. (Rom. 5:12, 18)
We believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, the Savior of men, conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, very God and very Man. (Isa. 7:14, 9:6; Luke 1:26; John 1:18)
We believe that Christ died for the sins of mankind, was buried, rose again the third day, and personally appeared for His disciples. (Rom. 4:25; Col. 15:1-4)
We believe in the bodily ascension of Jesus to heaven, His exaltation, and personal, literal, and bodily coming again for the second time for the Church. (John 14:2-3; 1 Thes. 4:13-18)
We believe in the Salvation of sinners by Grace, through repentance and faith in the perfect and sufficient work of the Cross of Calvary by which we obtain remission of sins. (Rom. 5:11; Eph. 2:8-9; Heb. 9:12, 22)
We believe in the command of Water Baptism by immersion, after conversion, in the Name of the Eternal godhead, in the Name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. (Mat. 28:19; Acts 2:34-36, 19:1-6)
We believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit as an experience subsequent to salvation, with the Scriptural evidence of speaking in tongues as the Spirit gives utterance. (Acts 2:1-4, 8:14-17, 10:44-46; Gal. 3:14-15)
We believe in the operation of the Gifts of the Holy Spirit as enumerated in 1 Cor. 12-14. These gifts should be manifested in the local church decently and in order.
We believe in the Spirit-filled Life, a life of separation from the world and perfecting of holiness in the fear of God as an expression of Christian faith. (2 Cor. 6:14, 7:1; Eph. 5:18)
We believe in church discipline according to Mat. 18:15-18, 1 Cor. 5, Rom. 16:17, and 1 Tim. 5:20. Church discipline is necessary for the spiritual correction and growth of the one sinning and for the protection of the church from the spirit of sin. The purpose of discipline is restoration. (2 Cor. 2:5-11)
We believe in the healing of the body by Divine Power, or Divine healing, in its varied aspects as practiced by the Early Church. (Acts 4:30; Rom. 8:11; 1 Cor. 12:9; James 5:14)
We believe in the Table of the Lord, commonly called “Communion” or “The Lord’s Supper” for believers. (1 Cor. 11:28-32)
We believe in Eternal Life for the believer (John 5:25, 3:16) and the Eternal Punishment of the unbeliever. (Mark 9:43-48; 2 Thes. 1:8-9; Rev. 20:10-15) We believe in the eternal states, heaven and hell.
We believe in the reality and personality of our enemy, Satan, and the Eternal Judgment of Satan and his angels.(Mat. 25:41; Rev. 20:10-15)
