Intercessory Prayer We value intercessory prayer, private and corporate, as essential to discerning God’s will and maintaining a life style that honors God and empowers us to accomplish His work. Authentic Worship We value authentic worship, public and private, as being a means to honor and glorify God. We believe true worship ushers us into the very presence of God’s glory and power and it is greatly desired by our Heavenly Father. We are committed to Holy Spirit inspired worship that is Christ centered, drawing hearts to Him.John 4:23; Psalm 95:6
Passionate Evangelism We value people and believe every man, woman, and child was created and is loved by God. We are committed to bringing lost souls to Jesus Christ; training and discipling them to fulfill their Divine destiny.John 3:16; Acts 1:8
Strong Families We value the family unit and the institution of marriage. We believe the institution of marriage is uniquely ordained by God. We are committed to teaching families how to be Christ centered according to Biblical design and principal. Ephesians 5:22-6:4; Joshua 24:15
Integrity in Ourselves, Excellence in our Pursuits We value integrity and excellence, both individually and corporately, before God and man, in all we say and do. We are committed to encouraging all people to pursue excellence and uphold integrity in their everyday lives. I Samuel 16:7; Colossians 3:17
Giving Tithes and Offerings We value the giving of tithes and offerings as a foundational teaching of the Bible in both Old and New Testament. We believe God prospers His people for the purpose of being a blessing to others. We are committed to encouraging God’s people to give in faith with a cheerful heart. Malachi 3:10; II Corinthians 9:6-8
Enabling Leadership We value the principle of enabling men and women of God to mature into capable leaders. We are committed to training, equipping, and releasing leaders for God’s work. Acts 26:16
Small Groups We value small groups as a Biblical means to build relationships and enhance fellowship among believers. We are committed to using small groups as a means to encourage believers to mature in their relationship with Christ and with one another. Acts 2:44-47
Faithful Service We value faithful service, believing every member is gifted an called by God to serve Christ and His body. We are committed to the concept that every member is a minister, able to be empowered and equipped to fulfill their God given call. Ephesians 4:16; Luke 22:25-26
The Gifts and Anointing of the Holy Spirit We value all the gifts of the Holy Spirit and believe His anointing is absolutely necessary to do the work of God’s Kingdom. We are committed to allowing the Holy Spirit to freely move in our midst. We encourage our people to follow the Holy Spirit’s leading and to seek His gifts. Zachariah 4:6; I Corinthians 12:7-12
The Local Church We value the New Testament local church. We believe the local church is defined Biblically as the church of the city which may meet in many different places within the community. Just as the body has many members and no single member can function alone, neither can any single fellowship properly function without other fellowships. We are committed to building the church of the city by working and fellowshipping together with our brothers and sisters in the love of Christ. Matthew 16:18; Acts 6:7, 13:1; Revelation 1:20-3:14
